Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you.
• To assess whether we may share information about investment opportunities with you, consistent with applicable securities laws.
• To keep records of our communications and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
• To operate and secure the website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including any record-keeping obligations, and then delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and the site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us by emailing info@evergreenhorizon.capital. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respond as that law requires.
